BRW Author Fest 2025 is Black Rose Writing’s Third Annual Author Convention in San Antonio, TX, hosted by Maggiano's Little Italy in The Rim. The invite is for BRW authors only, where authors will meet and learn from Reagan Rothe and our staff, as well as several guest speakers. We will have two full days of learning, networking, and fun. The ticket cost is $199. Travel and hotel room is not included, but we are working on getting discounted rates for top hotels in the proximity.
We are currently limiting our event to the first 125 authors, so don’t wait! *The ticket is eligible for partial refunds until June 19, 2025, then there is no refund for cancellation. *Registration will close on July 1, 2025.

BRW AuthorFest Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Before May 15: Cancellations will be charged 25% of individual's total registration amount.
May 15 - June 4: Cancellations will be charged 50% of individual's total registration amount.
June 5 - June 18: Cancellations will be charged 75% of individual's total registration amount.
After June 19, 2025: No refund for cancellation.
